Penguin, also known as Original Penguin, is an American line of clothing that dates back to 1955 when the Original Penguin golf shirt was launched by Munsingwear in Minneapolis. The adorable penguin has graced the clothing and bottles of all types of Penguin perfume for the company ever since.

The company’s signature scent, Original Penguin cologne, offers a clean, refreshing, woody aromatic fragrance. While the company’s roots go all the way back to the 1950s, this first foray into the fragrance business was launched in 2011 and has a decidedly contemporary feel to it. The cologne includes top notes of apple and neroli, a sweet, somewhat metallic essential oil from bitter orange tree blossoms. The heart of the cologne consists of lavender, pine, and spicy pepper. The fragrance is anchored by a base of musk, patchouli, and vanilla.
